President/Coach: Joel Caruso, Head Coach at Loudoun County High School, Leesburg, VA

     Coach Caruso has been involved with wrestling on & off for 26 years.  Wrestling back ground includes:Freestyle, Folkstyle, Greco & Sombo Wrestling.  He wrestled in youth leagues (MT), High School (PA, NJ), and college for 2 years at Gloucester County College, Sewell, NJ (95-97) and at George Mason University (05-07).  He holds a bronze certificating in coaching.  Coach Caruso also served 7 years in the US Army as an Infantryman (11B).  He earned  Ranger status, is a rappel master & air assault qualified, and holds an Expert Infantryman's Badge & German Proficiency badge.  He finished his service in March of 2004, as a Staff Sergeant. 

Vice President/Coach:  Paul Rowane, Assistant Wrestling Coach at Potomac Falls High School and a former sterling youth coach. 

Head Coach/Youth Travel Director: Kurt McHenry, Loudoun Matmen Coach.  A former Wrestler and NCAA qualifier at George Mason University.  He also coached at Virginia Tech. 

Secretary/Coordinator/Coach:  Richard Jurado, Assistant Wrestling Coach at Heritage High School

Treasurer/Coach: JJ Totaro, Assistant Wrestling Coach at Broad Run High School

Brian Hanselman, Head Coach at Heritage High School, Leesburg, VA

     Mr. Hanselman has been the Heritage wrestling coach for the past three years. He has been involved with the sport of wrestling for eighteen years. Mr. Hanselman attended college at SUNY Cortland where he was a team captain, All-State wrestler, and academic All-American. Mr. Hanselman attended high school in Buffalo, New York. He was a five-year varsity starter and earned All-State honors, taking sixth place at the New York State Tournament. Mr. Hanselman was also a NYSKF State Champion.

Ron Torrance

     Wrestled at Oakton High School in Vienna Va, four year letterman and a state qualifier for 2 years and complied a 4 & 4 record at the state level. He was a Great Falls District Champ and a two time finalist at the AAA Northern Region Tournament winning the Championship his senior year. Wrestled at Appalachian State and at University of South Carolina as a Club Sport. 

     Starting coaching in 1994 at Loudoun Youth Wrestling, and was Northern Virginia Wrestling Federation Treasurer for 3 years. Was the assistant at Loudoun Valley High School from 2002 to 2005.  Is currently the head coach at Loudoun County High since the 2005-06 season.
