July 6-10 for youth and July 13-17 for teens....2 SESSIONS, one for youth wrestlers (1st-6thy grades) and one for teen wrestlers (7th-12 graders). 

The High School camp will be a fast pace, intensive camp for rising 7th & 12th graders with at least 1 year experience (or regular participation in the Ranger Club).  The Ranger Wrestling Camp, will be both mentally and physically challenging for every wrestler.  This camp will be limited to 30 wrestlers only, first come, first serve.  If there are numerous requests, we may add another week to the camp. 

The youth session will also be a fast pace session, but we'll drill more and show less moves.  This camp is for Experienced 1st- 6th graders.  If they have no experience, they need to check out another camp or go to the ranger offseason practices. 

What do the Rangers (Wrestlers) need to bring:

*1 extra wrestling attire (shirt & shorts)
*1 pair of running shoes
*1 pair of wrestling shoes
*****Lunch***** (We will not provide lunch)
*water bottle with name on it
*sweat towel and head gear are optional
*Heart


-US Army Ranger PT Test: 2 mile timed run, 2 min of push-ups, 2 min of sit-ups, and pull-up test.
-Cardiovascular training: Tire flips, tire pulls, stadium runs, explosive sprints, etc
-Strength training: On & Off season training, plate training, sandbag training, kettle bell training,etc
-In season circuit training
-Wrestling techniques from: bottom, top, neutral, short offense, etc.
