The High School camp will be a fast pace, intensive camp for rising 9th & 12th graders with at least 1 year experience (or regular participation in the Ranger Club). The Ranger Wrestling Camp, will be both mentally and physically challenging for every wrestler. This camp will be limited to 30 wrestlers only, first come, first serve. If there are numerous requests, we may add another week to the camp.

-US Army Ranger PT Test: 2 mile timed run, 2 min of push-ups, 2 min of sit-ups, and pull-up test. -Cardiovascular training: Tire flips, tire pulls, stadium runs, explosive sprints, etc -Strength training: On & Off season training, plate training, sandbag training, kettle bell training,etc -In season circuit training -Wrestling techniques from: bottom, top, neutral, short offense, etc.
