-Learn new moves throughout the off season -Wrestle in 2 tournaments, every month (10-12 Tourneys total) -Hit the weight room 3-4x's a week -Attend 1-2 camps in the off-season -Attend off-season practices weekly (at least 2 a week) -Run 8-10 miles a week

Dirty South Duals Results: The Dirty South Wrestling Camp is a 2 day team tournament, in which each team wrestled 17 other schools/clubs from around Virginia, Pennslyvania, Maryland, Delaware, and New Jersey areas. Many of the teams/wrestlers the Rangers faced, were previously ranked in the top 20 (team wise) in their state, state champs as a team, state champs as individuals, and wrestlers currently ranked in the nation.
